Taylor Morrison, MS, RD, CSSD, LD

Taylor Morrison is a Registered Dietitian Certified in Sports Nutrition, who works with young athletes and their families through virtual and in-person one-to-one coaching as well as in the virtual group setting. Taylor works with young athletes to help them optimize their nutrition for peak performance and to reach their goals set for their sport, while always taking into consideration their growth and development.

As a competitive figure skater growing up (for 12 years) and a competitive cross country runner (for 6 years), Taylor experienced the confusion and frustration around food and nutrition and how it can enhance or hinder sport performance. Taylor learned on her own and by much trial and error how nutrition can be used to optimize sport performance. In college she wanted to take what she learned first-hand from being a young athlete and learn the science behind it. She decided to major in Nutrition, went on to complete her dietetic internship and went on to become a pediatric sports dietitian.

Taylor has a passion for working with children and teens, starting her pediatric work in 2010. She began working with young athletes in 2016 with a mission to help prevent other young athletes from having to learn the hard way like she did when it comes to fueling for sport.

Taylor is committed to teaching child and teen athletes important sports nutrition fundamentals and working together with each client to build a fueling plan that is unique and effective for him/her. Taylor combines her experience as a young athlete and her degree and knowledge in pediatric sports nutrition to help young athletes clearly understand important sports nutrition concepts and to be a reputable source of nutrition information in a world of confusing food and nutrition messages. She is also passionate about discussing the risks of underfueling, being a space for athletes to discussed any body image concerns and empowering her athletes to feel confident in fueling adequately for their sport.
